Look at this progress, minus 30 kgs in 2,5 months.

We started on March 15th, 2021, with the bodyweight 142kgs, and the second photo was taken on June 2nd, 2021 bodyweight 110 kgs. We are still going. We are not done yet. But the progress is already visible.

We train three times a week. Not even one session was missed or rescheduled. And following the meal plan 95% of the time. I want to say that my meal plans have no restrictions. I am a believer that our bodies need all the nutrients. My client is never hungry. Maybe craving some ramen, but that is tasting receptors situation))). Having all the nutrients in your diet helps you fight your cravings.
