Good Morning! ☀️

How do you start your day? I will tell you how I do it.

When I wake first thing in the morning, I drink at least a glass of water.

Water is everything💦, and in the morning, we need it to start all the processes in our bodies. More about water and hydration very soon, and for now, let's get back to my morning nutrition routine.

I make a smoothie☘️ every single morning. I make it with spinach, celery, apple (sometimes I do use apple), one whole lemon. That is it. Sometimes you can add ginger too. Blend all the ingredients together, and it's ready.

This simple smoothie that takes under 5 min to make will charge you for the whole day with tones of nutrients that we often don't think about. We think about proteins (importance of proteins coming in the next post), carbs, fats, calories, but we forget about those micronutrients that charge us with the energy and health without adding extra calories.

Spinach is full of nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, manganese, iron, and folate. Spinach is a good source of the B vitamins riboflavin and vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and dietary fiber. I love spinach my personal number 1 choice.

Celery nutrition benefits include a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin B6.

Lemon, I would like to make a special post about lemon later on. It has so much good that a couple of sentences are not enough.

You really should try this for at least 3 days, and you will see a significant difference in your energy levels. I'll make a youtube video next week on the recipe.
