  • 1.5 liters of water

  1. Bring the water to a boil.

  2. Rinse the frozen seafood and add it to the boiling water with a bit of salt. Taste before adding more seasoning.

  3. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the soup when the seafood is halfway cooked.

  4. Add the wakame and let it simmer for one minute.

  5. Crack an egg into the soup while stirring gently to create an egg-drop effect.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
